In September 2023, the Managing Partner of ExpandX Marketing and Web participated as a speaker at the first YTILI Summit 2023 hosted by World Chicago and the US Department of State.
The theme of the summit was: Empower, Elevate, Evolve: The Journey of a Founder. Prominent business leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, consultants and policy makers from many European countries and the United States attended the conference and contributed the rich agenda and sessions with valuable insights, presentations and ideas. The conference started with opening remarks by the US Ambassador in Slovenia.
Since its launch in 2016, approximately 300 alumni from across Europe have bolstered their business skills and transatlantic partnerships through the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program. YTILI uses entrepreneurship as a tool for economic empowerment to promote mutual understanding, enhance business and leadership skills, and build lasting partnerships between business leaders from Europe and the United States.
During the Summit, Temelko Dechev, CEO of ExpandX and an experienced entrepreneur delivered an engaging presentation with substantial practical value for the attendees – YTILI Alumni, business owners, entrepreneurs, founders, and C-level executives from Europe and the United States. He delved into various topics, among which the latest trends, and insights related to B2B sales and marketing. The title of his presentation was Sales & Marketing Insights: Grow & Expand your Business
The attendees had the chance to hear valuable insider advice on market and commercial growth, backed by real-life business examples from our own success story and the results we have achieved in the past few years for our clients in North America, Europe and Middle East.
Temelko Dechev was also speaking at the Berlin closing summit of the YTILI 2017 programme. The YTILI Fellowship Program engages young European entrepreneurs in a series of professional development and leadership activities that are designed to strengthen the transatlantic relationship and encourage European businesses, governments, and civil society to develop their innovation ecosystems. The program includes an online and in-person entrepreneurship curriculum; a fellowship placement with a business or organization in one of nine U.S. cities; opening and closing conferences in Chicago and Washington, D.C.; and a regional Innovation Summit in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
